Fees and costs
Fees are set during the first discussion, based on the nature of the matter, its complexity, the work reasonably foreseeable and the applicable deadlines. They are confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins.
Available billing methods
- Consultation — a fee for a meeting to review and orient your situation, with no obligation to continue.
- Fixed fee — a global amount for an assignment whose scope can be defined in advance.
- Hourly — billing at an agreed hourly rate, with a statement of the work carried out.
- Retainer — ongoing support for companies, based on an agreed volume of work.
Costs and disbursements (court costs, expert reports, translation, travel) are separate from fees and are announced before being incurred.

Amounts and rates to be confirmed
No price is displayed until the office provides the amounts: consultation fee, hourly rate, fixed fees per type of matter and payment terms will be added here.
What the office does not do
No outcome is guaranteed, and fees cannot be set solely on the basis of the result obtained. Fees comply with the professional rules applicable to lawyers in Morocco.
